Prestige Line Return Policy

Our Prestige Line garments are crafted with the highest standards of quality and care. To preserve the integrity of each piece, we maintain a strict return policy:

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Final Sale Items: Custom pieces, limited editions, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Inspection: All returns are carefully inspected. If there are signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage, the item will be denied and returned to the customer.

  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded in the original form of payment, minus shipping costs.

  • Exchanges: At this time, exchanges are not guaranteed due to limited quantities.
